About Us
One accountable technology partner.
Douglas PC is a local technology advisor based in Scottsmoor, Florida, serving Brevard County and the Space Coast. We built this practice on a simple premise: technology should just work, and when it doesn't, you shouldn't have to figure out who to call.
For small operations and home offices, we handle the hands-on work directly — devices, networks, security, backup, and the parts that have to be right. For organizations that need more scale than that, we bring in vetted national partners and stay accountable for the result.
Either way, you get one point of contact instead of a vendor carousel.

Eric Douglas
Founder & Managing Member — Scottsmoor, Florida
Eric is the person you actually talk to. He is a local technology advisor based in Scottsmoor — the northernmost community in Brevard County — and he built Douglas PC around a simple frustration: small businesses were being passed between vendors instead of being served by someone accountable.
For small operations and home offices he does the hands-on work himself — devices, networks, security, backup, and the parts that have to be right. For organizations that need more scale than one person can cover, he brings in vetted national partners and stays accountable for the result.
That is the whole model: one point of contact, no vendor carousel, and someone local who answers the phone.
Built for Brevard County.
Douglas PC proudly serves Scottsmoor, Titusville, Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Merritt Island, Rockledge, Viera, and the entire Space Coast.
From our home base in Scottsmoor — the northernmost community in Brevard County — we serve a 100-mile radius covering the entire county and surrounding region. We combine responsive local service and neighborly trust with modern web, cloud, cybersecurity, and automation expertise.
